Styling is all about bringing the feeling of home into a space. It's ideal option for homeowners, estate agents, and property developers who want their spaces to stand out and sell or rent faster.
You might already have furniture in place but feel something’s missing. That’s where styling comes in. I add those finishing touches that help buyers or guests emotionally connect with the space- and imagine themselves living there.
Exdi Home styling services are designed specifically for furnished or occupied properties, where the right finishing touches- cushions, lighting, artwork, and accessories- can make all the difference. These small details help turn a property into a home, creating warmth, personality, and emotional connection that boosts interest and results.

What’s Included
Depending on your needs and the property, styling can include:
Soft furnishings (cushions, throws, rugs, bedding)
Artwork and mirrors
Lighting and lamps
Decorative pieces (vases, trays, plants, books)
Optional furniture top-up (if needed)
You can choose from two styling options:
Photoshoot styling only– accessories are styled for marketing photos and collected the same day
Extended styling for viewings– items are left in place for a longer period and available to hire or purchase
Please note: All accessories are for display purposes only and not intended for everyday use.

Please note:
Styling is most often not suitable for short-term lets or Airbnb properties where guests will be staying in the space. This is because customers expect to find the same look and feel they saw in the listing photos. In these cases, I recommend choosing the full staging service, which includes the option to purchase all accessories to maintain consistency throughout the guest experience.
The Styling Process
Here’s how we’ll work together:
1. Get in touch
Message, email me or fill the form below with a few details about your property and timeline. We’ll chat through what’s needed and what you’re hoping to achieve.
2. In home or photo review
I’ll either visit your property or review photos/videos to assess the layout, lighting, and what we’re working with.
3. Personalised plan
You’ll receive a simple styling proposal based on your needs. This could be a one-day refresh or multi-room styling package.
4. Styling day
I’ll bring all agreed items and style your space. You don’t need to do a thing!
5. Optional add-ons
Accessories are usually collected straight after the photoshoot, but if you’d like to keep the look for longer, most pieces are available to hire or purchase for up to 20 weeks.
You can choose to hire additional furniture from my collection or purchase any pieces used during styling via Exdi Furniture.
